In addition to pre-defined maintenance services, ranging from changing the oil to performing an engine tune-up, you can define custom maintenance services and PM schedules for different types of vehicles and equipment. Track PM services by date, miles, kilometers, or hours. Use the PM Wizard to automatically calculate maintenance that is due. If desired, FMP allows you to associate parts with PM and will inform you what parts are required when PM is due. Use the repair scheduling utility to track unexpected repairs or problems reported by drivers or employees. Color-coded displays make it easy to see which maintenance is due. When maintenance is performed on a vehicle, it can be recorded and is automatically saved to the fleet history. Print detailed reports using the Report Generator and specify report-filtering criteria to further customize reports. This deluxe version adds repair scheduling functionality, multiple maintenance schedule templates, part itemization, part associations, additional user-defined fields for tracking vehicle data, and user-defined maintenance categories.
