MSAPD is for those Microsoft Access databases that has a password that was forgotten or lost. This works on Password protected databases not on "USER Password protected" ones. With the built in file explorer, use it to locate the database and highlighting it, you then click the OK button. You will see in the text box either the password or that the database doesn't have one. You can also click on the Clear button to remove a password from the Access db (95/97 only, 2000 does not support this feature). This will reset the password to a null setting. If you do not select a file you will receive a message that the file cannot be opened. Please note that this will work on Access 95/97/2000, this will not work on earlier versions of Access then those listed.
Because of the way Microsoft implemented password protection on the Access 2000 db's, you will see several different password options to try. If others are found, more will be added! You must register the program to be able to use the Access 2000 functions or clear the password in Access95/97.
This software is copyrighted and is not to be sold or distributed on a disk or CD that is sold with other software unless you get written consent by the author, and then only as shareware with no registration key.
